The PDPA requires us to inform you of your rights in respect of your personal data that is being obtained, processed or collected and further processed by us for the purposes of the data processing. The PDPA also requires us to obtain your consent to the processing of your personal data.

By signing up to our programmes/courses, you confirm that you have read, agree and are in compliance with the terms and other policies (each as amended from time to time). You are agreed to use the website and access to the content and classes only for lawful purposes and does not have the intention or effect of damaging us or our partners either reputational or financially. While you are signed up to our programmes/courses, you will be granted the rights to access and use the resources accorded within the authorized time period. However, you do not have ownership over the intellectual properties such as access to the system, class materials, and class content and as such have no legal rights to distribute or commercialize such content, materials and resources. We are not responsible if you fail to show up for the classes and outcome of your exam results if you do not put in the sufficient effort and time required to generate the desired positive results.

Unless you are registered for online programmes/courses from us, you remain anonymous when you browse this website. We do not collect personal information if you are only browsing this website. In order to access our services, or process a transaction between you and a third party, we may request personal information such as your name, phone number, and email address, and other information that renders you identifiable.

We collect personal information from you only when you choose to register for our programmes/courses, for example in the process of registering for a trial class or accepting a gift or promotional code with conditions. This personal information encompasses information communicated to us when you voluntarily complete an application form presented on our website that makes it possible to identify you. By volunteering personal information, you undertake to communicate accurate information that does not prejudice the interest of any third parties.
